Direct booking, through the website: best price guaranteed!

Price double room with half board: € 120 / night in the months of January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November, December – € 130 in the months of July and August. The price includes: overnight stay, breakfast and dinner with the products of our farm, the wines are excluded.

Price double room bed & breakfast: € 80 / night January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November, December – € 90 in the months of July and August ..

Children aged between 3 and 10 years in the parents’ room have a 40% discount, while children under 3 years do not pay.

We also offer our guests a pass to park in Levanto for free or at reduced prices (depending on the area), and the free WiFi connection in all the rooms of the farm.
It is possible to pay with Bancomat and the main credit cards except American Express.

Check-in: from 3 to 6 pm, based on the agreements made during the booking process.

Pets Allowed. You can not leave the dogs alone in the room in your absence.
On request we prepare picnic for excursions (the cost varies depending on the needs).
