Think of going to dinner with a family of friends, think that these friends are lovingly raising farm animals and vegetables and growing vegetables and fruit, that’s all this is the Restaurant of the Agritourism of Olives: not a real restaurant rather than a special meeting where, with passion, we cook fresh pasta every day, homemade bread and dishes made with ingredients from our farm and vegetable garden. The internal hall as well as the delightful terrace under the pergola are also ideal for small ceremonies and for all those who appreciate an intimate and welcoming environment. The dishes we offer are those typical of the Tradition of Liguria, with some trespassing in the regional Piedmontese and Tuscan cuisines.
Not being a real restaurant, given the exclusive use of fresh ingredients cooked for the occasion, reservation is required. The dishes are those typical of our places, among others: ravioli with herbs with touch, pappa with tomato, minestrone alla genovese, tagliolini of chestnuts with pesto and walnut sauce, stuffed capon, rice and vegetable pies, gattafin ( large ravioli stuffed with fried herbs), stuffed top, bread, pasta and homemade desserts.
On request we also prepare vegetarian menus and for people with food intolerances.
For breakfast you will find fragrant sweets and pies, jams, freshly baked bread, fresh milk and yogurth, obviously all homemade.
